SS316L 50mm Metal Pall Rings Surface Area HETP Data Sheet Reference
Pall ring is a new type of filler improved on Raschig ring. Compared with
the later, pall ring has improved the liquid distribution of filler
layer greatly, with open windows on ring sidewall. Therefore it has
productivity, low resistance, operating flexible and higher
efficiency. Pall ring is widely applied to industry. It is still
one of major annular fillers that has been adopted.
Pall rings, have more than 50% higher capacity than raschig ring.
The pressure drop is only half of the raschig ring.
The relative efficiency is about 30% higher than that of raschig
ring.
