1. Metal Pall Ring Basic Info:
Pall ring packing has the advantages of large capacity, small
resistance, high separation efficiency and large operation
flexibility. Under the same pressure reduction, the treatment
capacity can be more than 50% larger than that of raschig ring. The
tower height can also be reduced, and the use of pall ring can save
20% - 40% packing volume compared with raschig ring.

3. Pall ring packing application
Hualai pall rings are available in several sizes as indicated on
our design sheets to suit most commercial applications. They range
in size from 10mm to 76mm or equivalent. It is an essentially a
design consideration in specifying a packing size based on capacity
and efficiency requirements. The nominal packing size specified
should however not be greater than 1/10th of the column diameter.
What role does Hualai pall ring packing play in waste gas
treatment? When the pall ring is filled in the purification tower,
what is the effect of demisting? The packing free volume of pall
ring is large, and the packing layer can hold a large amount of
liquid for a long time, so as to increase the contact time of
gas-liquid phase and improve the mass transfer efficiency of
packing. Large free volume, large flow, high quality and high
efficiency. It is widely used in chemical packing tower, dust
removal, sewage treatment, air purification, waste gas treatment
tower and other environmental protection industries. Pall rings are
filled on the supporting layer and stacked freely. In addition to
effectively reducing the moisture content in waste gas, it is easy
to maintain, reduces the corrosion rate of subsequent pipelines,
and improves the surrounding working environment.
