Product description
"Hualai packaging mall" metal ball ring takes advantage of the
circular characteristics of mass transfer and the saddle shape with
low pressure drop, which has high load and low pressure drop, good
gas-liquid distribution and high mass transfer efficiency. It has
mechanical stability and small crushing probability, and is
suitable for deep formations.
The metal ball ring has the characteristics of thin wall, heat
resistance, large free volume, large capacity, low resistance and
high separation efficiency.
It is especially suitable for vacuum distillation column to deal
with heat sensitive, decomposable and polymerizable systems.
Material: carbon steel. SS304, 304L, 410, 316, 316L, etc.

Pall ring features:
The opening area is about 35% of the torus area. The gas-liquid
distribution and mass transfer performance in the packed bed are
