In order to find the right co-knit wire mesh,
we should refer to the characteristics of the material when
selecting the gas-liquid filter screen, ensure that the selected
material is usable, and compare several different materials, choose
the best one.
For example, for the gas-liquid filter screen
used for demister, it is better to choose metal wire or metal wire
and non-metal wire weaving, and if the ventilation system chooses
gas-liquid filter screen, it can use non-metal filter screen.
Firstly, the materials of the co-knit gas-liquid filter screen
can be roughly divided into three categories: metal, non-metal and
mixed metal and non-metal wire. Among them, metals include:
stainless steel wire, alloy wire, pure titanium wire, Monel,
Inconel, galvanized wire, copper wire, brass wire, etc. Nonmetal
category includes: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and
polypropylene, etc. The interweaving categories of metal and
non-metal wires include: stainless steel mixed with glass fiber,
stainless steel mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene, stainless steel
mixed with polypropylene, stainless steel mixed with cotton thread,
etc.
Secondly, the purpose of selecting the co-knit gas-liquid filter
screen
should be clear, for example, selecting whether the gas-liquid
filter screen is used to make a mesh demister, or a filter screen
for gas-liquid separation, gas-water separation, oil-water
separation and other devices, or a shielding device for electronic
and electrical products against electromagnetic interference and so
on. Different use of gas-liquid filter screen, the choice of
materials are also very different.
