1. Characteristics of wire mesh structured packing
Through regular arrangement of components, uniform and regular
gas-liquid flow channel is formed, so that gas-liquid contact in an
orderly manner, so as to strengthen mass transfer, reduce
amplification effect, reduce gas flow pressure drop and low liquid
holding capacity. It is especially suitable for vacuum distillation
of heat sensitive materials.
2. Wire Mesh Structured Packing Advantage:
The high efficiency achieved through this packing allows smaller
diameter columns and reduces expenses on structure, foundation,
installation, insulation and piping.
Due to its capillary movement of the liquids on the wire filaments
it operates at a very high efficiency even with decreasing loading
hence allowing the operation to run at multiple capabilities
Can easily replace existing columns with their old form of packing.
It not only increases efficiency but also reduces costs by
increasing product quality, production capacity and reducing
pressure drop.

1.The data are based on 0.12mm wire, stainless steel material.
Applicable temperature (-200—400)℃. 0.15mm and 0.17mm wire are also
available.
2. Metal wire mesh corrugated packing is suitable for clean
gas-liquid system without solid particles or suspended solids or
not easy to self-assemble.
